Stephen Ingram, our brilliant Managing Director who founded the company way back in 2010 has over 40 years of experience in the canal industry. Our wonderful team is made up of 9 dedicated members, Anton our operations manager has been there from day one and is referred to by the crew as ‘Skipper’. We also have Sam supporting as Operations Supervisor along with our very capable deck hand squad; made up of Geordie, Charlie, Ainsley and Lee. Our Ferry Services are maintained and managed by the great Alan and Martin. Bilway Marine Ltd business is overseen by Business Manager Laura, who plays a vital role in the continued success of the organisation.
Our team is highly qualified, and we ensure all relevant licences are in place for safe working. We pride ourselves on our HSE standards. Employees are all RYA certified and the relevant staff chainsaw and woodchipper qualified. Our organisation is also proud to be part of safe contractor, a renowned health and safety accreditation.
